Once we have received your order orders are dispatched within 24 hours and our
reliable logistics partners have them at your doorsteps in 7 – 10 working days!

No. Currently shopmygear.com only ships pan-India.

We gladly accept returns of ONLY unused merchandise, within 7 days from the
date of delivery. Customers will have to courier the product they desire to return
back to our warehouse. Products purchased during clearance sale CAN NOT be
returned.

If the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact
the Customer Service at info@shopmygear.com or by calling 1800 890 6306 within 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products
will be taken care of by Gear. All products must have original tags attached.

On cancellation of prepaid orders or return on delivered orders, the returns are punched in immediately. Once we have received the return shipment in our warehouse, the refund is processed within 14 working days.

We offer a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing and workmanship defects.
Provided the bag is used with reasonable care. The bags are made from fabrics and
fittings conforming to international standards. Every product is guaranteed
against any manufacturing/workmanship defect. Free Service is provided against
repairs. Nominal Charges may be recovered against replacement of any
fittings/parts.
