What is Gear’s Returns Policy?

At Gear we have a 7-day Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us (7 days after the delivery of the product).

Important: 

For the Life Essentials Category:

Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are not applicable on Masks.

For Other Categories:

  • Returns are not applicable to products under discounts.
  • Refund policy would not be applicable on any purchase.
  • Please use the store locator link on our website to help you navigate to your nearest store.
  • Please ensure to keep the original invoice, warranty details and the products tags should be intact.

1. All the returned items are run past our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage.

2. The returned items must be undamaged and handed over as delivered with the tags intact.

3. The returned items with damages caused due to negligence, improper usage or application is not covered under this returns policy.

4. Special rules for promo offer might override this Returns Policy.

5. While we strive to serve as many customers as we can, the reverse pick-up as a facility for some of the remote locations is currently unavailable. But do be rest assured we are working towards it. In the interim, you can dispatch the product back to us and we will initiate the refund once we have received the product and the quality check parameters are in place.

6. Convenience and delivery charges are not refundable, and the refunds of cash on delivery are through NEFT transactions.

7. Refund will be processed within 30 days from the day we receive the items returned (with original tags attached & invoice) and only after verification, excluding any delivery fee if was applicable.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can. Each item you return will have a unique ID and an email. While you can ship all the returned items in one shipment, the returns receipt form for each item must be included in it along with the returns ID for each product.

Why was my returns request declined?

If a returns product does not meet the criteria mentioned in our Returns Policy, then we’re forced to decline the request to return the product.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

The answer is Yes. You can place your exchange request through the website.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

Our simple 4-step process will help.

1. Log into shopmygear.com and click on My Account.

2. Initiate a return for each product that you want to send back.

3. Pack all the items together in a single package with the tags and invoice intact.

4. You’re good to go.

ORDER STATUS

Order confirmation – Once we receive an order we would share an order confirmation mail with you. 
Order dispatch – Once we dispatch an order we would share an order dispatch mail along with a tracking number. 
Order cancellation – In case you cancel or request to cancel an order we would share an order cancellation mail.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDER

While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our customer care executive at +91 xxxxxxxxxx or mail us a shopmygear@gmail.com within 3 working days.
