1. Are there any shipping and delivery charges for the orders? –

 Delivery is free of charge above Rs. 500 for all our customers, all across India. 

2. What are the payment options available?

 We accept payments in multiple ways:  

 Credit Card – All scheduled bank credit cards

 Debit Card – All scheduled bank debit cards

 Net Banking – Every bank which has a net banking facility

 UPI – All major UPI platforms

 Mobile Wallet – Airtel Money | PayZapp | Freecharge | Ola Money | Jio Money 

3. Which credit cards are accepted for domestic and international payments?

We list each and every scheduled bank credit cards. Simply select your preferred option from the list on our payments page and you’re good to go.

4. Which domestic debit cards are accepted?

 All payments are accepted through scheduled bank debit cards.

5. Which are the accepted Domestic Banks for Payments through Net Banking?

All net banking payments are processed through scheduled banks with adequate facilities.

6. Is Cash on Delivery available?

 Yes, we do have a Cash on Delivery (COD) service available.

7. How can I cancel my order?

 All orders can be cancelled through our website. Before an invoice is generated for the product of course! You can read our ‘Refund & Cancellation Policy’ for more information.

8. How can I return my order?

 We hate to disappoint, which is why all our products can be returned as per the return policy on our website.

9. What is the return policy?

We want you to have the best of the best! If the product received is not as specified or up to the mark, you can return it up to 7 days after purchasing.

10. What is the refund policy?

Returned products that are unused and of good quality will be refunded within 14 days of receipt to the billing address.

11. Do I need to pay for the return of the shipment if I chose to return the order?

Not at all! Get easy, hassle free pickups and returns for every Gear purchase.

12. Are all products eligible for return?

All products except masks are eligible for return.

13. Do you have no questions asked return policy?

While we’d love to make the return experience hassle free, we do not have such a policy.

14. How will I receive my refund?

You will receive the refund as per the refund request.

16. What is the warranty and repair policy for the order?

We offer a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing and workmanship defects. Provided the bag is used with reasonable care. The bags are made from fabrics and fittings conforming to international standards. Every product is guaranteed against any manufacturing/workmanship defect. Free Service is provided against repairs. Nominal Charges may be recovered against the replacement of any fittings/parts.

17. How will my order be delivered?

The deliveries are made through reputed courier companies.

18. How can I know the status of my order?

You will receive the tracking details as soon as the bags leave our warehouse.

19. Where do you deliver in India?

We deliver across the country to over 17000 plus Pin Codes. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.

20. How long would my Gear take to reach me?

Once we have received your order orders are dispatched within 24 hours and our reliable logistics partners have them at your doorsteps in 7 – 10 working days!
